Welcome to Yujin Nari™! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. General Terms

1.1 Eligibility By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you may only use our website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and to use the website in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

1.2 Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

1.3 Account Registration To purchase products from our website, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized use.

1.4 Electronic Communications Consent By using our website or placing an order, you consent to receive communications from Yujin Nari™ electronically, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, policy updates, and promotional messages. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

2. Products and Services

2.1 Product Descriptions We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. Colors displayed on your screen may vary due to screen settings and display limitations. For print-on-demand merchandise (such as apparel and accessories), slight color variations between the digital preview and the finished product are normal and inherent to the printing process and are not grounds for a return or refund.

2.2 Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed or your payment method charged. If your payment method has been charged and your order is canceled due to a pricing error, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

2.3 Orders We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order has been processed and shipped. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

2.4 Shipping and Delivery We deliver to locations across the United States. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout and your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 2.5 Returns and Refunds All sales are final except as expressly provided in our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Yujin Nari™ does not accept physical returns under any circumstances. We do not offer refunds based on personal preference, change of mind, or failure to achieve desired results, as individual skincare results vary by person.

The 7-day reporting window applies exclusively to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, and to orders confirmed undelivered by the carrier. General satisfaction claims are governed by the 30-day window set forth in our Return and Refund Policy. To report a damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered item, contact us at support@yujinnari.com within 7 days of your delivery date with your order number and photographic evidence. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before issuing any resolution.

All resolutions — including store credit, replacements, and refunds — are offered at Yujin Nari™'s sole discretion and do not constitute a guarantee of any specific outcome. Customers must contact Yujin Nari™ and allow 5 business days for resolution before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us are considered unauthorized and will be contested. For full details, please review our Return and Refund Policy.

2.6 Subscription Products If you purchase a subscription product, you agree to the following terms:

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically on your selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or as specified at checkout)
  • Subscription prices are subject to change with advance notice to you
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with our Subscribe & Save Policy, which requires cancellation at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment. Subscription orders are subject to the limited resolution options set forth in the Subscribe & Save Policy and Return and Refund Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference
  • Except as expressly provided in our Subscribe & Save Policy and Return and Refund Policy, we do not offer refunds for subscription charges that have already been processed
  • By enrolling in a subscription, you expressly authorize Yujin Nari™ and our payment processors to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel
  • Gift cards and promotional discounts apply only to the first subscription payment unless otherwise stated

2.7 Print-on-Demand Merchandise For merchandise products (such as apparel, accessories, and tote bags) fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners:

  • Production times are separate from shipping times and may add 3–7 business days to your order
  • Slight color variations between digital previews and finished products are normal and not grounds for a return
  • Sizing may vary by manufacturer — please review size charts before ordering
  • These items are produced on demand and are considered final sale
  • Merchandise is fulfilled by third-party production partners; by placing an order, you acknowledge that your order details will be shared with our fulfillment partners solely for the purpose of producing and shipping your order

2.8 Promotions and Discounts Promotional discounts and coupon codes are subject to specific terms provided at the time of the promotion. Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases. Only one promotion or discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without notice.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Yujin Nari™ or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, or exploit any content on the website without our prior written permission.

3.2 Trademarks "Yujin Nari," our logo, and all related names, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Yujin Nari™. You are prohibited from using our trademarks in any manner that could confuse customers or in any way that disparages or discredits Yujin Nari™. All other trademarks not owned by us that appear on the website are the property of their respective owners.

3.3 User Generated Content If you submit or post any content, such as reviews, comments, or images, to our website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You confirm that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit; (b) the content does not violate the rights of any third party; (c) you are at least 18 years of age; and (d) the content complies with all applicable laws. 6.2 Skincare and Health Disclaimer Yujin Nari™ products are cosmetic products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual skincare results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and other factors. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. If you have a skin condition, allergy, or medical concern, consult a licensed dermatologist or healthcare provider before using our products. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk.

6.3 Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yujin Nari™, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00).

6.4 Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yujin Nari™ and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the website; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) any content you submit to the website.

6.5 Time Limitation on Claims Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the website or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred, notwithstanding any statute of limitations to the contrary.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Governing Law These Terms and any disputes related to them will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7.2 Binding Arbitration PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the website, or any products or services purchased through the website shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except as set forth below. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at www.adr.org. The arbitration shall take place in Gwinnett County, Georgia, or at another mutually agreed location. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

7.3 Class Action Waiver YOU AND YUJIN NARI™ AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. Unless both you and Yujin Nari™ agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

7.4 Exceptions to Arbitration Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights. Any such action shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

7.5 Opt-Out Right You may opt out of the arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@yujinnari.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, all disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia.

8. Force Majeure

Yujin Nari™ shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, epidemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, labor disputes, or government actions. In such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1 Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so that it is valid, legal, and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9.2 Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Subscribe & Save Policy, Legal Notice, and any other legal notices published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yujin Nari™ regarding your use of our website and products. All previous agreements, communications, or proposals, whether oral or written, are superseded by these Terms.

9.3 Waiver Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be interpreted as a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver of any right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Yujin Nari™.
